By accessing or using the Site, submitting a quote request, or clicking any button or link indicating your agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Secure Quote. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Secure Quote operates an online life insurance quote comparison and lead generation platform. Through the Site, we provide:

• Life insurance quote comparison tools that allow consumers to receive estimated rates from multiple licensed insurance carriers
• Lead generation services that connect consumers with licensed insurance agents and carriers who may be able to provide insurance coverage
• Educational content and resources related to life insurance products, coverage types, and industry information
• Communication tools to facilitate introductions between consumers and licensed insurance professionals

We are not a licensed insurance company, insurance carrier, or insurance underwriter. We are not a party to any insurance contract between you and any insurance carrier. Any insurance policy you obtain as a result of using our Site will be issued by a licensed insurance carrier, and your relationship for insurance purposes will be solely with that carrier.

Secure Quote may be compensated by insurance carriers, agents, or marketing partners when a consumer is connected with or purchases a policy through our platform. This compensation does not affect the rates or terms you receive from carriers.

Any licensed insurance agents you are connected with through our Site operate independently of Secure Quote. Secure Quote is not responsible for the acts, omissions, representations, or recommendations of any such agents or carriers.

The use of our Site and the submission of a quote request do not guarantee that you will be approved for life insurance coverage. The following apply to all quote requests and coverage inquiries made through the Site:

• Quote estimates displayed on the Site are preliminary estimates only and are not binding offers of insurance
• Coverage approval is not guaranteed and is subject to the underwriting requirements and eligibility criteria of the applicable insurance carrier
• Final premium rates may differ from estimated quotes based on the carrier's underwriting review of your application
• Eligibility for coverage, premium rates, available coverage amounts, and policy terms are determined solely by the applicable insurance carrier
• Submission of a quote request does not create an insurance contract or any obligation on the part of any carrier to offer coverage

Secure Quote makes no representations or warranties regarding your ability to obtain coverage or the accuracy of any estimated rates provided through the Site.

By submitting your contact information through our Site — including by clicking any quote request button — you provide your express written consent to receive communications from Secure Quote and our licensed insurance agent and carrier partners. This consent covers the following types of communications:

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of Secure Quote or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any content on the Site
• Use any data mining, robots, scrapers, or similar data gathering tools
• Download or copy account information for the benefit of any third party
• Use the Site for commercial purposes without our express written consent

The Secure Quote name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Secure Quote. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including the websites of insurance carriers and agents. These links are provided for your convenience only. Secure Quote does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Secure Quote.

When you are connected with a licensed insurance agent or carrier through our Site, your subsequent interactions with that agent or carrier — including any application, purchase, or policy administration — are governed by that party's own terms and conditions and privacy policy. Secure Quote is not a party to and assumes no responsibility for any agreement entered into between you and any such third party.

You acknowledge that any insurance products, coverage terms, rates, or recommendations provided by third-party agents or carriers are the sole responsibility of those parties, and you release Secure Quote from any claims arising from your dealings with such third parties.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Secure Quote disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the Site will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, quote estimates, or information on the Site
• Warranties that defects in the Site will be corrected

Secure Quote does not warrant that the information on the Site constitutes professional insurance, financial, legal, or tax advice. You should independently verify any information before relying on it and consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SECURE QUOTE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

This limitation applies regardless of the basis of liability, including contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, and even if Secure Quote has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Excluded damages include, without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Costs of substitute goods or services
• Personal injury or property damage arising from use of the Site
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Conduct or content of any third party on the Site
• Denial of coverage or adverse underwriting decisions by any insurance carrier

In no event shall Secure Quote's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to Secure Quote in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Secure Quote and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of or access to the Site
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights
• Any content or information you submit through the Site, including false or inaccurate information
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation

Secure Quote reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with Secure Quote's defense of such claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State of Governing Law], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis. You and Secure Quote waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or any other representative proceeding.

• The arbitration will be conducted in [State of Governing Law] or via telephone or video conference
• The AAA's Consumer Arbitration Rules will govern procedural matters
• Each party will bear its own arbitration costs, except as otherwise required by law
• The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights or to stop unauthorized or unlawful use of the Site.

Opt-Out Right: You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to Secure Quote at the contact information in Section 15 within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms. Your notice must include your name, address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.

Secure Quote reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. In some cases, we may provide additional notice, such as an email notification or a prominent notice on our Site.

Your continued use of the Site after any changes become effective constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Site. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
